Monthly Newsletter, March 2025

Welcome to our new monthly newsletter!

With major political changes pulling funding from critical climate and community initiatives, the need to scale innovations that bolster the resilience of all communities is only becoming more urgent. Thank you for your energy, support, and perseverance to continue moving adaptation and resilience innovation forward. We’re ready to drive this work forward in new, strategic ways with the support of our funders and partners!

New Publication! The Adaptation Finance Primer

Adaptation finance is needed now more than ever. The Adaptation Finance Primer, co-developed with Climate Resilience for All, with funding from the ClimateWorks Foundation, presents an expansive vision of the landscape and levers of climate adaptation finance. It includes lesser known or emerging funding mechanisms like Disaster Risk Finance and Loss & Damage, and highlights where we think the private sector could play a bigger role.

Join us for a webinar hosted with Climate Resilience for All where we’ll walk through the primer and how to apply it in different contexts on April 10th at 11:30 ET / 8:30 PT / 16:30 BST . Register here!

In case you missed it…

We launched the Adaptation & Resilience Innovation Playbook at the end of 2024. This expansive report provides a detailed analysis of current supply, demand, and capital trends in the climate resilience innovation space.

Download the Executive Summary and full Playbook, or watch the webinar.
